This Privacy Notice explains how Oqtalium ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website (the "Site"). It covers this Site and its contact form only, it does not cover the personal strategy service itself, which involves no software use by clients and is governed by a separate, individual agreement. We process personal data in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

The only personal data this Site collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not require you to create an account to use this Site.

2. How we use it

We use the data you submit solely to read and respond to your message. Where GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and your consent in submitting the form.

3. Who we share it with

Your message is delivered to us through Resend, the email provider that sends it from the contact form to our inbox. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it to train any AI model.

4. Retention

We keep contact form messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our own record-keeping, and delete them when no longer needed.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, or deletion of the data you submitted. To exercise these rights, use the contact form on our homepage. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or your local supervisory authority.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the data submitted through this Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

This Site is not directed to, or intended for, anyone under 18.
