These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site") and its contact form. Oqtalium is a personal business strategy service, provided directly and personally by its founder to individual clients. This Site exists to describe that service and to let you get in touch about it; it is not software you use, and using this Site does not create any client relationship, engagement, or obligation on either side.

1. What this Site is, and what it isn't

This Site is informational. It describes the strategy service on offer and provides a way to make contact. It is not a software product, does not create an account for you, and does not process any ongoing business data on your behalf. If you become a client, the actual working relationship, what is delivered, how, and on what basis, is set out in a separate, individual agreement made directly between you and the founder. These Terms do not govern that relationship.

2. The contact form

Submitting the contact form sends your message directly to the founder so they can respond to you. It does not create a contract, does not commit either party to anything, and does not guarantee a response within any particular time. Do not submit sensitive personal data, financial account numbers, or anything you would not want sent by email, since that is functionally what the form does.

3. No advice from this Site

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional. Any actual strategic guidance is provided only through the direct, personal client relationship described above, not through this Site itself.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this Site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no submitting unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content through the contact form, and no using the Site to disrupt or interfere with its normal operation.

5. Intellectual property

The Oqtalium name, branding, and the content of this Site belong to the founder. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content or branding to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "last updated" date when we do.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of Kragujevac, Republic of Serbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

9. General
